2018 Hawaii Statewide Homeless Awareness Conference

This year’s Homeless Awareness Conference themed “Pū Kākou I Ikaika” – Together We Are Stronger  will be held on Friday, November 16th, at the KROC Center in Kapolei. Registration is now open via EventBrite for credit card payments (additional fees apply) or by check. Registrations received after October 31st will not be considered. Registration confirmations will automatically be sent to those who register via EventBrite. Registration confirmation for all those who registered by check will be sent an email by our Registration Subcommittee when payment has been received.
If your agency would like to Sponsor this worthy event, please mail in payment separately. We greatly appreciate all the community help we can get!
Prior Conference t-shirts will be on sale at the conference. There will be no new conference t-shirt for this year. We are also in the process of applying to offer CEU credits this year. More information will be forthcoming.
The Annual Hawai’i Statewide Homeless Awareness Conference is a unique opportunity for the entire community - from front line service providers to business owners and Landlords - to come together and collaboratively address the challenges faced by those experiencing homelessness to create a coordinated response. We will be offering twelve (12) breakout sessions throughout the day. We invite you to network and create partnerships and gain knowledge and tools to become part of the solution - because together we are stronger and together we can end homelessness. When every individual with a disability or chronic illness has the supportive services they need and has a safe and stable place to sleep - we are stronger! Ending homelessness is possible!
We have a full day scheduled with twelve (12) informational and educational breakout sessions that relate to helping serve at-risk populations and addressing the homelessness issue within our State. You may attend any session you choose on the day of the event. If the session becomes full, you are welcome to attend another session.
