CoC Written Standards
Written Standards - The CoC Program Interim Rule requires CoC’s to establish and follow written standards for providing CoC assistance in consultation with recipients of the Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) program (24 CFR 578.7(9)). The ESG Program Interim Rule requires the ESG recipient to establish and consistently follow written standards for providing assistance with ESG funds (24 CFR 576.400(e)).
