LEAD Evaluation Report
Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion or LEAD has been a PIC policy priority for the past two years. We are happy to announce the first year evaluation results are in and attached along with some media about the success. We are thrilled to go into year two with lessons learned and support the Kauai, Maui and Hawaii Island LEADs which are starting (Maui already has, yay Maui!).
