The YHDP RFP Information Session will now be held via conference call, we will not be meeting in person. It is recommended that agencies login via a computer to view the slides we will be presenting. PIC will not be accepting any project applications from agencies who do not have a representative at the meeting.

We will be hosting a MANDATORY RFP Information Session for agencies who are interested in applying for PIC Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) funds. This session will be held on Monday, March 30, 2020 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Meeting will be held in the PIC Offices, located at 200 North Vineyard Boulevard, Suite 210, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817. PIC will not be accepting any project applications from agencies who do not have a representative at the meeting. Partners In Care and the Oahu Youth Action Board have been awarded $3.8 million from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to develop a coordinated community plan to prevent and end youth homelessness and will fund projects that are consistent with this plan.
