The Member Relations Committee focuses on recruiting, welcoming, and engaging members of the Oʻahu Continuum of Care (CoC). The committee leads efforts to orient new members, provide training, and encourage participation in CoC activities and committees. It works closely with the Awareness and Communications Committee to promote committee involvement and broaden outreach to underrepresented groups and community partners. The committee also reviews the CoC Governance Charter and related policies, recommending updates as needed to the Advisory Board and General Membership. Additionally, it addresses member concerns and works to improve overall participation and engagement through these efforts, the committee helps ensure a strong, diverse, and active CoC membership.
